This is about understanding yourself fully, how your hormones, nervous system, and neurodivergent traits interact, and creating strategies that actually fit your life.
What we’ll do together
Over 6 weekly sessions, we’ll map what’s going on for you across 7 key areas: your daily routines, emotional regulation, relationships, work environment, hormonal cycles, self-concept, and sensory needs.
Then we’ll create bespoke strategies that work for you.
How it works
Session 1: We map where you are across all areas of your life
Sessions 2-5: Deep dives into whatever you need most, completely personalised to you
Session 6: Integration and your ongoing plan
Every session starts with nervous system regulation and a check-in using tracking tools, so we’re working with real data about your patterns, not guesswork.

I get it because I've lived it
I’m AuDHD (autistic + ADHD). I spent 20+ years in corporate software, but ended up leaving earlier this year because I couldn’t keep pretending the system worked for my brain.
Now I help neurodivergent women who are where I was. Exhausted, confused, and desperate for support that actually understands this intersection.
My qualifications:

But more importantly: I understand how intense and unpredictable this stage of life feels when your brain already works differently. I know what it’s like when the hormonal changes strip away your coping strategies. I know the grief, the confusion, the relief of finally understanding what’s been going on.

- Adjusting routines or strategies based on what’s going on
