A calm, structured coaching programme designed to help you make sense of what’s going on in your body and mind, and build supportive habits that work with how your brain functions.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding yourself in a way that feels safe, respectful, and practical.
Over 6 weekly sessions, we’ll explore key areas like energy, overwhelm, hormones, executive function, and emotional regulation, through a lens that actually reflects your lived experience.
Each session is shaped around your needs and capacity at the time. There’s a framework, but it’s flexible.

Why work with me
I’m neurodivergent (autistic + ADHD), so I understand how intense and unpredictable this stage of life can feel, especially when your brain already works differently
I’ve spent 20+ years navigating corporate life, burnout, and masking while trying to make sense of my own health and identity
I’m a qualified menopause coach, ADHD coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist, with lived experience to match
I offer 121 coaching for neurodivergent women in perimenopause, so I understand the physical, emotional, and practical challenges you’re facing, not just the theory
I work with how you function, whether that means fast action or slow, steady support with plenty of space to breathe.
